INGREDIENTS
LAMB STEW
420g Lamb shoulder chops (cut into chunks)
2 Cloves garlic (thinly sliced)
2-3 Sprigs fresh rosemary & thyme
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 Medium white onion (diced)
160g Turnip (diced)
50g Button mushrooms (sliced)
40g Green cabbage (shredded)
1 Tbsp plain flour
2 1/2 Cups vegetable stock
Salt & ground black pepper (to taste)
PIZZA DOUGH
250g Tipo 00 flour or all purpose flour
3.5g Dried yeast
160ml Warm water
1 Tsp salt
1 Tbsp E V olive oil
Set in a warm place until doubled in size..about 30 minutes)
