INGREDIENTS


(Serves 1)
7oz Good quality ground lamb
1 Tsp garlic powder
1/2 Tsp cayenne pepper
1 Tsp curry powder
1 Tsp cumin powder
1 Tsp Dried mint
Red chili (optional)
1 Tsp roasted fennel seeds
Iceburg lettuce
2 Roma tomatoes
1/2 Tsp caraway seeds
Salt (Maldon sea salt to taste)
Ground black pepper (to taste)
Olive oil
Good quality bread bun

1 English cucumber
1/2 Small red onion
170g Plain yogurt
1 Tsp Ground cumin seeds
Salt (Maldon sea salt to taste)
Ground black pepper (to taste)
Fresh cilantro (to taste)
Sugar (to taste)
Paprika (to garnish)
