1/2 Red onion (diced)
1 Garlic clove (thinly sliced)
3 Button mushrooms (sliced)
1 Tbsp whole black peppercorns
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Cups beef stock
1 Tsp whole grain mustard
1/2 Cup red wine
1/4 Cup heavy cream
1/4 Cup flat-leaf parsley
2 (16-ounce) T-bone steaks
10 Raw white shrimp (5 each)
