INGREDIENTS

11oz Salmon fillet
6 White Shrimp
1/2 Small yellow onion
3 White Mushrooms
1/2 Garlic clove
25g Cucumber
1/2 Cup white wine
1/2 Cup fish stock
1/4 Cup heavy cream
1 Green onion (to garnish)
Italian flat leaf parsley (small handful)
1 Tsp butter
Salt (Maldon sea salt ) to taste
