Healthy shrimp salad by Steven Dolby
(Serves 2 people)
INGREDIENTS
White shrimp (enough for 2 people)
Arugula/Rocket (enough for 2 people)
About 1 1/2 tsp sriracha (to taste)
About 1/4 cup low salt soy sauce (to taste)
Flowering chives (about 10 stalks per person)
One medium red chili
Few slices of red onion
Sugar (pinch)

ReplyDeleteI am not a graduated chef but i own a little restaurant at Panama City .. named Merey Bistro and I cook Venezuelan food fusioned with Panama cusine is something like gourmet and have been accepted very well.
