1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Medium yellow onion (sliced)
4 Large garlic cloves (skin on)
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 Cups beef stock

250g Green cabbage (thinly sliced)
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Cup apple cider vinegar
1 Cup apple juice
1 Tbsp brown sugar (or to taste)
1 Tsp caraway seeds

Ground chuck (190g per person)
Bacon
Swiss cheese
