INGREDIENTS
4 Italian sausages (your choice)
1/2 Medium yellow onion
2 Garlic cloves
80g Green lentils
1 Slice bacon
120g Fava beans
60g Chorizo sausage
1/4 Cup red wine vinegar
2 Cups beef stock
Salt & pepper (to taste)
Sugar (pinch)
Italian flat leaf parsley (to garnish)
Olive oil
